Clean, modern rooms with excellent view of mosque. Friendly room service staff and porters. Awesome shower with adjustable temperature.

the staff were very cooperative in granting a late checkout, and the proximity to the Women's entrance to the Masjid al Nabawi and Al Baik was convenient. the upgrade to a room with a view of the Prophet's tomb and the grand Mosque on the 5th floor was a memorable highlight. the breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly, providing clean and tidy rooms with nice showers. the hotel also allowed us to check out very late until 5 pm, and we were able to keep our luggage at the hotel while we did some shopping.
Nothing, it is perfect. 🌟
